02Does my face need volume or a lift?
It depends on what has changed.
If the cheeks, chin or under-eyes have lost fullness, fillers put that shape back straight away. If the fullness is still there but skin has started to drop along the jaw, a lift works better than more volume.
03Fillers or Botox for the jawline?
Botox for a square jaw, filler for a soft one.
A square jaw is often a strong chewing muscle: Botox relaxes it and the face looks slimmer over 2–3 months. A soft jaw needs structure: filler along the jaw and chin gives a sharper line the same day. Many patients need a little of both, over 2–4 visits.
04HIFU or a thread lift?
HIFU for early sagging with almost no downtime; threads for a bigger lift on the day.
HIFU builds over 2–3 months and lasts up to a year in studies. A thread lift shows at once, but bruising and swelling can last 1–2 weeks, and the effect fades as the threads dissolve.
05How do you get rid of a double chin without surgery?
With fat-dissolving injections or fat freezing, usually over 2–4 sessions.
Double chin reduction treats the fat under the chin; if the skin there is loose as well, HIFU can be added to tighten it.

Botox lasts about 4–6 months, fillers 6–18 months depending on the area, and HIFU up to a year. A double chin treated with fat-dissolving injections or fat freezing stays reduced while your weight is stable.

Fillers and threads show the same day; Botox and HIFU take a few weeks.
Fillers settle in about two weeks, Botox slims the jaw over 2–3 months, and HIFU builds over 2–3 months.
09Will it look natural?
