How a non-surgical nose job works
Instead of removing anything, your doctor adds tiny amounts of filler in carefully chosen places. Filling the areas above and below a bump makes the profile look straighter; a little filler at the tip can lift it; filler along the bridge can make it look higher and more defined. Only a small amount of product is usually needed, and you see the result straight away.
What it can and can’t do
- It can: smooth a bump, lift a drooping tip, improve mild crookedness, and raise or define a flat bridge.
- It can’t: make the nose smaller, narrow wide nostrils, fix breathing problems or correct major deformities. For these, surgery may be the better route.

Is it safe?
Hyaluronic acid fillers are reversible and widely used. However, the nose has a complex blood supply, which makes it one of the areas where filler carries a higher risk of rare but serious complications, such as a blocked blood vessel.
