PRGF hair treatment: a doctor injects plasma from the patient's own blood into a woman's scalp

Hair Fall Treatment in Pakistan

4.8 from 8,928 Google reviews

More hair on your pillow, or a parting that keeps widening? Hair fall treatment feeds weak follicles with growth factors and nutrients, so shedding slows and thinning hair grows back thicker. Every hair loss treatment here starts with a doctor finding the cause, and most courses are 3–4 sessions a month apart, from about Rs 8,400 a session for a course of PRGF+, our signature treatment.

Best for hair fall (baal girna) in men and women, a widening parting, thinning at the crown, a receding hairline, round bald patches, and dandruff or an oily scalp.

Choosing a treatment 7

01

What is the best treatment for hair fall?

For most thinning, a growth-factor course: PRGF or PRP, often boosted with exosomes. Across 18 controlled trials, PRP raised hair density well above saline injections. If your hair fall comes from low iron, thyroid problems or a recent illness, your doctor treats that cause first.

02

What causes hair fall?

Most often genes and hormones (pattern hair loss), low iron or vitamin D, thyroid problems, PCOS, stress, a recent illness or fever, and the months after childbirth. Baal girna from these causes is treated differently, so your doctor checks your scalp and may order blood tests before planning treatment.

03

Should I see a dermatologist for hair fall or hair loss?

Yes, if your hair fall has lasted more than a few months, see a doctor who examines your scalp and finds the cause. At all 12 of our clinics, our aesthetic physicians check your hair and scalp, order blood tests if needed and choose the right treatment for you: PRGF, PRP, exosomes, mesotherapy, scalp microneedling, scalp threads, a scalp peel for dandruff or a Keravive scalp facial. A dermatologist also visits every clinic, so you can ask to see one when you book. Your hair consultation is free.

04

What is the best hair fall treatment for men?

For men’s pattern thinning at the temples and crown, a course of PRGF or PRP keeps and thickens the hair you have, and your doctor may add prescription tablets or a lotion. Starting early matters most, because these treatments save thinning hair but can’t regrow a fully bald area.

05

Does hair fall treatment work for women?

Yes. A widening parting and thinning all over respond to the same treatments, and reviews of PRP in female pattern hair loss show real gains in density. Your doctor checks hormones, iron and thyroid first, because PCOS and low iron are common causes in women.

06

Do home remedies or minoxidil stop hair fall?

Oils and home remedies can make the scalp feel better but don’t stop pattern hair loss. Minoxidil does help many people, and it works well alongside PRGF or PRP. If hair is falling in clumps or patches, see a doctor rather than trying remedies first.

07

What helps a receding hairline or bald patches?

A growth-factor course keeps the hair you have, and scalp threads add support along the hairline or crown. Round bald patches (alopecia areata) are treated with steroid injections into the patch by our doctors. Fully bald areas need a hair transplant, which we don’t offer.

08

How much does hair fall treatment cost in Pakistan?

PRGF+ and scalp mesotherapy start at Rs 11,995 a session. A 3-session course is Rs 25,190 for PRGF+ or Rs 29,390 for PRGF Fusion, both with scalp microneedling. A Keravive scalp facial is Rs 7,995. Prices are the same at all 12 clinics, and your consultation is free.

09

How many sessions will I need, and when will I see results?

Most courses are 3–4 sessions, a month apart. Shedding usually slows within 2–3 months and hair looks thicker from about 3 months, when your doctor compares photos and plans top-ups.

10

Is the result permanent?

It needs upkeep. These treatments slow and partly reverse thinning, but pattern hair loss carries on in the background, so most people keep their results with a top-up every 3–6 months.

Safety & recovery 2

11

Does it hurt, and who shouldn’t have PRP or PRGF?

The scalp is numbed first, so most people feel stinging or quick pricks, and it can be tender for a day or two. PRP and PRGF aren’t done with a platelet or bleeding disorder, blood cancer, an active scalp infection or during pregnancy, and blood thinners need a doctor’s review.

12

Where can I get hair fall treatment near me?

At all 12 Cutera Aesthetics clinics in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Hyderabad and Sialkot, at the same price everywhere. PRGF and every other hair treatment here is offered at each clinic, and you can book with a female doctor.
