Tummy upset, such as nausea, is common early on and usually eases as your body adjusts; the dose is raised slowly to help.

It isn’t for you if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy soon, or if medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2 is in your own or family history. Past pancreatitis needs careful review.
