About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee our centre operations. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue and profits while ensuring optimal client satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in shaping their experience with Cutera.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and reception area.
  • Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Manage and train front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards.
  • Handle client inquiries, appointments, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, including upselling and promoting services.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming environment at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage schedules for front desk staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Implement and maintain effective front desk procedures and policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Customer Service: Passionate for delivering outstanding customer service every time.
  • Sales Experience: Comfortable working towards sales targets and participating in promotional activities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to front desk operations.
