Are You Embarrassed by Your Localized Fat? Here’s What You Can Do

Frustration is an understatement when we diet and exercise constantly but do not achieve the desired target. Weight loss has become more than just a health requirement, and it has turned out to be an aesthetic need. When diet and exercise fail to aid us in getting back in shape and flaunt a slimmer and fitter physique, multiple body sculpting procedures come forward for the rescue. Ultrasonic cavitation is a widespread body sculpting p[rocedure that has managed to help many people get the body of their dreams and lose the unwanted fat that is stubborn enough to resist physical activity and exercise. Localized fat is problematic and strips away our confidence. Not being able to wear what we want is another frustrating situation that arises because of this unwanted fat.

Although surgical options for fat reduction have always been a prominent aspect of fat-loss journeys of various individuals, their aggressive invasiveness is an undeniable factor that stops people from undergoing these procedures. Regardless of these factors, whoever avails of surgical body sculpting treatments, such as liposuction, must endure painful recovery times to finally have a fitter body. But with advancements in technology, our aesthetic world has provided us with various minimally invasive treatments and entirely non-invasive. These body contouring procedures have changed people’s entire outlook on fat loss. In simple words, ultrasonic cavitation is a fat-reduction treatment that uses low-frequency sound waves to target and burst fat cells. This helps lose visible inches from treatment areas and get a slimmer figure.

What is the Significance of Ultrasonic Cavitation?

Ultrasonic Cavitation has been growing in popularity over the last few years. While traditional liposuction requires a surgical approach to remove fat, this treatment does not involve the use of aggressive or invasive methods. For instance, there is no involvement of injections, needles, stitches, incisions, etc., in the entire procedure. The safety range of this body sculpting procedure has made it the center of attention for all people who are tired of their constant and unfruitful battles with unwanted fat. Ultrasonic Cavitation uses the energy of sound waves, which are low-frequency and create bubbles that surround fat cells. These bubbles then exert pressure on the fat cells, which is unbearable for them. The constant pressure results in these fat cells bursting and spilling their inner content. Ultrasonic procedure liquifies the fat cells and results in visible fat reduction in the body.

Ultrasonic cavitation differs from traditional liposuction because it does not use an invasive application to remove the leftover cellular debris from the body. Instead, our own lymphatic system plays a vital role in this regard by absorbing these fat cell remnants and utilizing glycerol present in them. After the treatment, the remaining fatty acids are sent to the liver, gradually flushing them out of our body. Even if non-surgical body contouring methods are safer than invasive and surgical treatments, there is still a possibility of complications if the treatments are not administered accurately. So if you decide to undergo ultrasonic cavitation, you still need to find a reputable and credible clinic. Cutera Aesthetics is an acclaimed medical spa offering this service. Ultrasonic Cavitation: A Solution for Obese and Over-Weight Individuals?

As much as we would like ultrasonic cavitation to be a solution for obesity, it is not a weight-loss solution and has a restriction on usage. Non-surgical body sculpting procedures are ideal for candidates near their Body Mass Index (BMI) and do not exceed their normal range. Moreover, since this procedure can help cut off fat from various body parts such as your abdomen, thighs, calves, back, upper arms, etc., you need to have a pinchable fat of at least 2 inches. Unfortunately, this procedure is not a solution for people struggling with obesity and weight-related issues.

The procedure is done in multiple sessions depending upon the fat present in the treatment area. For instance, a one-hour treatment can cover a medium-sized area of your body, such as the belly, inner or outer thighs, buttocks, or back. Smaller areas such as the chin or upper arm can be treated in the same session. Multiple treatments for the same area are recommended to ensure visible and maximum results. Moreover, our body needs some time to process the cellular debris. So ultrasonic cavitation takes 3 to 4 sessions, 4 to 6 weeks apart. Extra abdominal fat, for example, may need 3-6 treatments, while larger areas will need more.

Are Fat Cavitation Results Immediately Noticeable?

Some results will be visible immediately, but the entire process can take 2 to 3 months. Results will depend on the condition of the eliminated fat, including how long it has existed and how dense the fat layers on the body are.  Typically you can expect 1 to 2 inches of fat loss after the first treatment and up to 2 inches of loss after each subsequent treatment.

Does Ultrasonic Cavitation Result In Saggy Skin?

While some rapid weight-loss treatments can result in sagging skin, Ultrasonic Cavitation has a firming effect on the skin and muscle tissue, including loose skin from previous weight loss efforts. Actual results will vary.
